This Privacy Policy explains how Karavella LLC (Ernis Aidarov) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the Karakol Park mobile application (“Application” or “App”), available on Android and iOS devices.

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the Application:
Account Information: Your name, email address, and Google user ID when signing in using Google Authentication (provided by Firebase) or Apple Sign in. If the user account is deleted by user, tickets and app data may be permanently lost.
Ticket Information: Vehicle license plate number (for parking tickets), ticket type, ticket identifier, and ticket status.
Order Information: Order ID, amount, and payment status.
We securely store the following data on your device:
Authentication tokens (access + refresh)
User ID, name, email address
Basic settings such as language preferences
We do not store payment information on the device or our servers.
Payment Services: We do not collect or store payment card data.
All payments are redirected to our licensed partner Finik SDK, which processes payment information under its own privacy policy.
We only receive payment result details (success/failure, transaction reference).
If you choose to continue without signing in - limited functionality will be available.
We use your information for the following purposes:
To authenticate your account through Google
To issue and validate park entry tickets using QR codes
To maintain your active session and show your history of tickets
To process and confirm your orders and payments
To ensure the safety and integrity of our services
We do not use your information for advertising or analytics.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We share information only with:
Finik SDK — to process ticket payments (order ID and amount only)
Google Firebase Authentication — to verify your login credentials
We may disclose your information only if required by law, government authorities, or to protect our legal rights.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse.
Personal information stored on secured servers is encrypted in transit. Authentication tokens stored on your device are protected by OS-level security.
However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
We keep your personal information as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service.
You may request account deletion at any time — upon deletion, your personal information will be removed from our systems within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Request corrections of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Withdraw consent and stop using the Application
